Door Production and Export Services

Our catalog covers certified fire door systems, steel frame profiles, hotel wood fire doors, interior veneered doors and ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 hardware preparation for commercial building projects.

Fire door and steel frame production

We support steel fire doors with 20 to 180 minute fire ratings, smoke control, acoustic performance and matching frame options. Steel frame profiles can be matched to 1-3/4 inch doors, wall conditions and project hardware templates.

Finish, glazing and hardware preparation

Factory preparation can include vision panels, louvers, closer reinforcement, hinge preparation, lock cutouts, hotel lock preparation and finish options for both fire-rated and interior door packages.

Product Documents and Export Packing

For export projects, Bastion Door can organize quotation details, shop drawing review, certificate references, labeled door sets and hardware grouping and export-grade packing for container shipment.
