Continuously Welded Corner Frames
Full-height face welding with all exposed joints ground smooth and factory-primed. Meets strict architectural specifications for heavy commercial abuse (SDI Level 3 & 4), ensuring zero joint separation.

Specialized Masonry Anchoring Systems
To maintain strict structural and fire ratings, we provide three distinct anchoring configurations designed for North American masonry installations.
Wire Anchor (Pour-In)
0.187" (4.7mm) diameter heavy-duty steel wire loop. Placed directly into the mortar joints between concrete blocks or bricks as the wall is being built.
T-Anchor (Heavy-Duty)
Stamped galvanized steel T-shape flange. Specifically engineered to slot firmly inside Concrete Masonry Units (CMU), anchoring the frame deeply into the core.
Existing Opening Anchor
Features a factory-punched countersunk hole on the frame face with an inner pipe spacer welded inside. Designed for secure expansion bolt fastening into pre-constructed openings.

A: Yes. Our frames are manufactured strictly to standard ANSI/SDI templates. As long as the wood doors are pre-machined according to standard North American hardware templates (Hinge/Strike locations), they will pair perfectly with our steel frames without any alignment issues.
